Yağmur Bakıcı Lachaud has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Yağmur started their career as a Digital Marketing & Communication Assistant at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking - SGCIB in 2016. Yağmur then moved on to Oracle in 2017, where they worked as a Customer Engagement Manager - EMEA for a year. In 2018, they joined Micro Entrepreneur as a Digital Marketer.
Yağmur then worked at Mapp Digital from 2019 to 2022, taking on various roles. Yağmur started as a Customer Success Project Manager-France, where they were responsible for managing projects, serving as the primary point of contact for SaaS, and working with different teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for customers. In 2021, they transitioned to the role of Customer Success Project Manager-Northern Europe & France, where they continued to support customers and design their Customer Experience programs aligned with mapp digital's product capabilities and the customers' business objectives.
Currently, Yağmur works at Crownpeak as a Digital Project Manager since 2022.
Yağmur Bakici Lachaud has a diverse education history with a focus on digital marketing, communication, economics, and development. In 2015, they pursued a Master's degree in Digital Marketing and Communication at the Rennes School of Business, completing it in 2016. In 2019, they enrolled in Ironhack for a Full Stack Developer Bootcamp. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Science of Economics from the University of Montpellier, graduating in 2015. In 2013 and 2014, they participated in an Erasmus program at Vrije Universiteit Brussel, studying Economics & Communication.
