Ronald Falls

Ronald Falls, Jr. serves as CEO of LA Executive 9 Group, providing legal and strategic consultation for executives and startup founders since March 2021. Falls holds several strategic positions, including Investor and Strategic Advisor at JéGO Technologies Inc., Seed Investor at Crowns & Hops Brewing Co., and Chairperson of the Board at KAIROS CANNABIS RESEARCH FOUNDATION. Previously, Falls was Associate General Counsel at Fireblocks and has extensive experience at Post Advisory Group as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Legal Officer. Early career roles included General Counsel at 3 Degrees Asset Management, Associate positions at Latham & Watkins LLP and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, and participation in the Venture University program. Falls earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School and a B.S. in Mathematics and Physics from Morehouse College.
