Emer O'Hanlon

Lead Integrated Commissioner - Prevention, Children's Health & Youth Justice at Croydon Council

Emer O'Hanlon is a Lead Integrated Commissioner at Croydon Council since February 2018, overseeing Prevention, Children's Health & Youth Justice, as well as being a Strategic Lead Commissioner for Community Support & Active Lives. Prior to this, Emer held various roles at HM Prison and Probation Service, starting as a Commissioning Analyst and working her way up to Senior Custodial Commissioner. She also has experience as an Employment Law Paralegal at the Royal College of Nursing. Emer holds a Master of Laws in Criminology and Criminal Justice from University College Cork, as well as a Bachelor of Laws from the same institution. Additionally, she has a Higher National Diploma in Music Performance from RIAM.
