James Allen is an experienced professional in performance management and data quality, currently serving as the Performance, Intelligence and Data Quality Manager at Croydon Council since February 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing the Performance and Intelligence functions for Children's and Adult's Social Care, Education, and Housing Services.
