James Allen

James Allen is an experienced professional in performance management and data quality, currently serving as the Performance, Intelligence and Data Quality Manager at Croydon Council since February 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing the Performance and Intelligence functions for Children's and Adult's Social Care, Education, and Housing Services. Previously, James held the role of Senior Education Data Quality Officer, focusing on improving data quality and user support within the Education Quality Team. Prior to joining Croydon Council, James worked at Kent County Council from September 2010 to February 2015 as the Attendance and Inclusion Lead, managing Education Welfare Officers and other outreach personnel within the Ashford and Shepway Districts. James holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Modern and Contemporary History from Queen Mary University of London, obtained from 2000 to 2003.
