Brian Kendall

Brian Kendall MS has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Brian most recently worked at CRRC MA as the Human Resources Deputy Director of Organizational Development, Training, and Labor Relations. Prior to that, they were the Human Resources Manager of Organizational Development, Training, and Labor Relations at CRRC MA. Brian also served as an Adjunct Professor at American International College, teaching courses on organizational behavior and human resource management. Brian gained experience in organizational psychology and HR consulting at Breakthrough Consulting Services. Brian was the Director of Human Resources at Rockys Ace Hardware, where they developed and implemented strategic HR programs. Brian also worked as a Human Resources Manager and Specialist at HP Hood LLC and as a Production Supervisor at Southworth Company. Brian Kendall MS has a diverse education history in the field of psychology and organizational development. Brian began their academic journey at Franklin Pierce University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from 1996 to 1999.

In 2000, Brian attended the New England Ethical Hypnosis Institute and became a Certified Hypnotherapist (CHT), specializing in Hypnotherapy/Hypnotherapist.

Continuing their education, Brian enrolled at Springfield College, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from 2011 to 2014.

Following their master's program, Brian pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Psychology with a focus on Industrial/Organizational from Grand Canyon University. Brian attended this program from 2014 to 2020.

In 2013, Brian obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from Robbins International/Lean 2020. This certification enhances their knowledge and skills in process improvement methodologies.

Recently, in January 2023, Brian embarked on another PhD program at Walden University, specializing in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Brian is expected to complete this program in 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Brian has acquired additional certifications to complement their expertise. In June 2001, they became a Certified Hypnotherapist (CH) through the New England Ethical Hypnosis Institute. Also, in February 2014, Brian obtained an Everything DiSC® Certification from Wiley Workplace Learning, further enhancing their understanding of workplace behavior and communication.
