Xianyi Jiang

Xianyi Jiang has a strong background in engineering and project management within the railway industry. They began their career as an Electrical Engineer at CRRC ChangChun railway vehicles Co., LTD in 2008 and later moved on to become a Lead Engineer at the same company from 2009 to 2014. In 2014, Jiang joined CRRC MA as a Lead Engineer and eventually worked their way up to the position of Senior Project Director, a role they currently hold. Along the way, they have held various positions such as Deputy Technical Director, MBTA Project Manager, and MBTA Project Director. This extensive experience showcases Jiang's expertise and leadership capabilities in the field of railway engineering and project management.

Xianyi Jiang completed an Executive MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management from 2023 to 2025. They previously attended Lanzhou Jiaotong University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a degree in Electrical Engineering and Automation.
