Mercy Junkermann

Mercy Junkermann is an experienced professional currently serving as a Process Improvement Specialist at Cru since October 2024. Previously, Mercy worked as an Agriculture Specialist at Unto® from July 2023 to September 2024 and held the position of Innovation Project Manager at Cru from August 2021 to July 2023, where responsibilities included managing projects, conducting human-centered research, and creating training materials. Prior roles included marketing internships at Kitchen on the Street, Inc., Christian Family Care, and Homeschool Buyers Co-op, as well as a teaching assistantship and a marketing student worker position at Arizona Christian University. Mercy earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Arizona Christian University, graduating in May 2021.
