Kyle Winston

Kyle Winston is the Chairman and President of CRU GROUP, which specializes in providing staffing solutions and service management for the property and casualty insurance industry since its founding in 2004. Under Kyle Winston's leadership, CRU GROUP has expanded internationally with headquarters in Toronto and additional offices in Alberta, Oklahoma, Texas, and Florida, focusing on catastrophe and daily claims administration. Prior to this role, Kyle Winston worked as a Claims Adjuster and held positions as a Claims and Management Consultant at MGK Consulting, and as Director of Marketing Canada at Cybersettle Inc. Kyle Winston holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Huron University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Western University.
