Derek O'Sullivan

Derek O'Sullivan has worked in a variety of roles since 1999. Derek started as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Liebherr Group, where they were responsible for the design of various parts of container cranes. In 2002, they became a District/Project Manager at Lidl Ireland, managing the running of five stores and later managing full planning, build and fitout of new Lidl stores across Ireland. In 2004, they began working as a Store Designer/Development at BWG Foods UC. In 2011, they became a Director at Insulation Professionals Ltd and a Designer at Thermal Insulated Panels Ltd. In 2013, they worked as a Project Manager at Resolution Interiors Ltd, offering design, fit-out and full Project Management solutions for retail premises all over Ireland and the UK. Finally, in 2014, they became the CEO and Founder of Crua Outdoors, overseeing all aspects of the business and Chairing the Thermo Tents Ltd. board of directors.

Derek O'Sullivan completed a BTech in Manufacturing Technology from the University of Limerick between 1994 and 1998. Derek then obtained a Higher Certificate in Advanced 3D Design from Munster Technological University between 1999 and 2000. Lastly, they obtained a HDip in Business/Commerce from the University of Galway between 2001 and 2002.
