Olivia Rautiainen began their career in 2020 as a Sales and Marketing employee for Crua Outdoors and Crua Industrial. In 2021, they joined PPD as a QC Proposal Specialist.

Olivia Rautiainen attended Colorado State University from 2016 to 2020, where they earned a degree in Ecosystem Science and Sustainability. Prior to that, they attended Tanglin Trust School from 2009 to 2016.
