Sean McKee

Sean McKee is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and engineering management. Currently serving as the Director of Quality at Polly since June 2023, McKee previously worked as an Engineering Manager at Relias, where leadership focused on team development through goal setting and continuous feedback. Prior roles include Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at Meltwater, where McKee launched a QA team for a greenfield AngularJS application, and QA Manager at Meltwater Social, responsible for managing distributed QA teams and improving QA infrastructure. McKee’s career began at Sysomos Expion, culminating in a solid foundation in software testing, defect tracking, and cross-functional collaboration. McKee holds a BA in International Studies from North Carolina State University and has studied at Nagoya University, focusing on Japan Language and International Politics.
