Gus Gougas

Gus Gougas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sports, real estate, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Pickleball at Pickleball Athletic Club, Gus also contributes as a Football Referee for Channel Coast Football Officials Association and a Travel Consultant for Cruise Brothers. As a PPR Certified Pickleball Instructor, Gus achieved national recognition as a Gold Medalist in the 2023 National Pickleball Tournament. In addition, Gus has been a Brand Ambassador for The Best Paddle since February 2021 and has been actively involved in the Conejo Youth Flag Football Association as a board member since 2014. With a career in real estate dating back to 2008, Gus previously owned and led OrganizIT! Inc. and held a position as an Associate Member of the National Association of Professional Organizers. Additionally, Gus co-chaired the Thousand Oaks Community Funding Review Committee from 2015 to 2018 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Government from California State University, Northridge.
