Abdulrahman Almutawaa

Abdulrahman Almutawaa serves as the Executive Director of Government Affairs & Protocols and General Manager of Government Affairs at Cruise Saudi since June 2021. Previously, Almutawaa held several key positions at Emaar, The Economic City from October 2016 to September 2021, including General Manager of City Management and Senior Director of Strategic Government Affairs, External Relations & Protocol. Almutawaa's extensive public sector experience includes roles as President of the Administrative Committee for Saudi Arabia Travel Documents, Director of Passports in the Holy City of Mecca, and positions at the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Law Regulation & Professional Practice and a Bachelor's degree in Security Science, among other diplomas.
