Alex Su

Alex Su is a skilled Vehicle Integration Engineer at Cruise since June 2023, following previous experience as a Vehicle Integration Intern at the same company. As a cofounder and team lead of the UW VEX U Design Team from September 2018 to April 2023, Alex led initiatives that enabled the team to achieve tournament champions in various regional events and become Provincial Champions in 2017. With a strong foundation in robotics, Alex mentored younger teams at VEX Team 1404B Shocks Robotics and played key roles at NVIDIA as a Software Tools Infrastructure Architecture Intern and at Ford Motor Company as a Manufacturing Software Developer. Additionally, experience as a Transit Fleet Analyst at York Region involved analyzing data and improving transit operations. Alex holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
