Jeff Ng

Jeff Ng is a strategic partner and inclusive leader with extensive experience in talent and leadership development across various industries. Currently, Jeff serves as Partner, Talent & Leadership at Cruise, overseeing leadership development, coaching, performance management, and talent succession for a workforce of over 2,500 employees. Prior experience includes roles at ServiceNow, where Jeff led global talent development strategies for more than 20,000 employees, and Pacific Gas and Electric Company, where Jeff elevated the organization's learning programs to a top international ranking. Additional roles span organizations such as Visa, the Judicial Council of California, Wells Fargo, and the University of San Francisco, all contributing to a strong foundation in organizational development and educational program implementation. Jeff holds a BA in Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley, an MS in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco School of Management, and an MA in Education with a concentration in Curriculum Development & Evaluation from San Francisco State University.
