Louise Zhang

Louise Zhang is currently the Vice President at Cruise where Louise is responsible for defining and ensuring AV hardware/software meet system performance and safety requirements. With a background in vehicle safety and crashworthiness, Louise has worked at Lucid Motors and Tesla Motors, leading safety and homologation efforts. Louise has a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology and an MBA from the University of Michigan, Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Louise has a wealth of experience in occupant restraint system design, vehicle safety analysis, and regulatory compliance.
