Mircea Grecu

Mircea Grecu is a Principal Applied Scientist at Cruise since 2020, leading efforts in Behavior Planning. Prior to this role, Mircea served as a Staff Software Engineer at Facebook from 2017 to 2019, focusing on machine learning for ads ranking, and before that, contributed as a Software Engineer at Uber in 2016, specializing in dispatch optimization. Mircea's career at Facebook also included a role as a Software Engineer from 2014 to 2016, again working on machine learning for ads ranking. Mircea holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from ETH Zurich and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Babes-Bolyai University.
