Walter Condley

Walter (Jas) Condley is a seasoned technical leader with extensive experience in hardware and software engineering, specializing in autonomous vehicle development and radar signal processing. Currently serving as a Sr. Staff Technical Lead Manager at Cruise, Walter has successfully transitioned the Scaling Team into a full product development team and has played a key role in multiple skunkworks programs. Previously, Walter held significant positions at Zendar and Swift Navigation, where notable achievements included developing architecture for radar systems and leading GPS product entries into mass production. Walter's early career involved roles in spacecraft systems and education at UC Santa Cruz, where contributions spanned electronic design automation and teaching computer engineering concepts. Walter holds a M.S. in Computer Engineering and a Certificate in Space Systems Engineering from reputable institutions.
