Barbra Katz

Barbra joined as C&F’s Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) in January 2020. In this role, she oversees all HR functions for C&F and leads a corporate HR team supporting the organization with People Strategy, Learning & Development, Succession Planning, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Diversity Equity and Inclusion.

Prior to joining C&F, Barbra had over 20 years of experience primarily focused in the luxury goods industry has held HR leadership roles for such brands as Hermès, LVMH, David Yurman, and Chanel.
