Mari Marques-Thomas has a vast work experience starting in 1998 with Joule Inc as a Branch Manager. Mari later transitioned to Randstad USA, holding roles such as Sr. Agent, Operations Manager, and Area HR Manager. Moving on to Mercedes-Benz USA, they served as the Randstad on-site HR Operations Manager. Eventually, they joined Wyndham in various roles, including Director of HR, VP of Talent and Change Management, to their latest role as Vice President of Inclusion & Belonging at Crum & Forster since May 2022. Throughout their career, Mari has consistently focused on talent development, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within organizations.
Mari Marques-Thomas holds a BSB/M degree in Business from the University of Phoenix. Mari also obtained a Certification for Hotel & Restaurant Management in Hospitality & Restaurant from Gibbs College. Additionally, they pursued studies in Business at Montclair State University. Mari has received certifications in DiversityFIRST from the National Diversity Council, Change Management from the Association for Talent Development (ATD), and Diversity & Inclusion from Cornell University.
