Marty Horsman

Marty Horsman has a strong background in the insurance industry, with experience in various leadership roles specializing in construction. Marty started their career at Maryland Casualty as AVP - Construction in 1994, moving on to The Hartford in a similar role from 1997 to 2002. Marty then joined CNA Insurance as AVP - Construction, where they worked until 2010 before assuming the position of Senior Vice President at Crum & Forster.

Marty Horsman completed a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Connecticut from 1973 to 1978. Later, from 1988 to 1992, they earned their MBA in Insurance and Finance from the University of Hartford.
