Nelson Long

Nelson Long, MPH, REHS, currently serves as the Occupational Health and Safety Manager at Crumbl since December 2022, and previously held the position of Occupational Health and Safety Specialist within the same organization. Prior experience includes working as an Epidemiologist for the Utah Department of Health and Human Services from December 2021 to December 2022, and for the South Central Public Health District from June 2020 to December 2021. Nelson Long has also held various roles at the South Central Public Health District from July 2016 to June 2020, including Training and Exercise Coordinator and Public Health Preparedness Planner, and worked as a Registered Environmental Health Specialist. Earlier experience includes a Research Assistant/Analyst role at Huntsman Cancer Institute, an internship at Salt Lake City Mosquito Abatement District, and a Data Analyst position at Vivint. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Public Health from the University of Utah and a Bachelor's Degree in Public Health from Brigham Young University.
