Matt Kottmeier

Matt Kottmeier is an accomplished sales professional currently serving as Regional Sales Director for Captives at Crumdale Specialty since April 2025. Prior to this role, Matt held several positions within the insurance sector, including Regional Sales Manager in the Captive Division at Berkley Accident and Health, and Vice President of Sales for the Southwest Region at International Benefits Administrators. With experience spanning various sales roles, including Regional Sales Representative and Commercial Insurance Sales Consultant at Trustmark and Travelers respectively, Matt has cultivated a strong foundation in sales and client relations. Matt began the career in sales with roles at Assurant Employee Benefits, Highland Homes, David Weekley Homes, Reliance Standard, and Principal Financial Group. Matt holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas Tech University, where studies commenced in 1999.
