Eric Lamontagne has extensive work experience in the fitness industry. Eric started their career with YouFit Health Clubs in 2013, where they worked as a General Manager before being promoted to various management roles, including Junior Regional Manager and Regional Manager. Eric also served as a Senior Regional Manager, overseeing 22 clubs in the Miami/South Florida market. Lamontagne later became the Senior Director of Business Development and then the Senior Director of Operations, responsible for staff development and improving the customer experience. In 2021, they joined Crunch Fitness CR Fitness Holdings, LLC as a Multi-Club Director before being promoted to Regional Director of Operations and finally Regional Vice President of Operations in 2023.
Eric Lamontagne received their Bachelor's Degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from Stetson University in 2009. Eric then went on to earn their Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Stetson University College of Law in 2012.
