Bram Stappers

Bram Stappers has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Bram started their career as a Research Scientist at Philips Research from 1995 to 1997. Bram then worked as a Software Developer at Atos Origin from 1998 to 1999, where they developed the BetterC C-to-C transpiler. Bram then joined QA Systems in 1999 as a Software Architect, where they provided code improvement suggestions for Java applications. From 2000 to 2022, they held the position of Technical Director at TIOBE Software, where they managed software development teams and oversaw the development of the TICS product. Currently, Bram is working at Crunchr as a Principal Software Engineer and is also serving as the Engineering Manager starting from January 2023.

Bram Stappers completed their Master's degree in Computer Science from Eindhoven University of Technology between 1987 and 1993. Bram then pursued further education and completed a PDEng degree in Computer Science from the same university between 1993 and 1995.
