Luana Ramcharran

Luana Ramcharran has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Luana is currently the Director of Product Design at Crunchtime, a position they started in September 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Director of Product Design at Zenput from May 2021 to September 2022. Luana also served as the Head of Customer Experience at GoExpedi from August 2020 to April 2021. Before that, they were the Director of Product Design at AIG Retirement Services, where they oversaw the UX strategy and UI design of various digital platforms from March 2019 to August 2020. Additionally, Luana founded their own company, LRD Product Design Engineering, in 2005, where they worked as a Product Design Engineer and Founder until December 2019. Luana has also held positions as a Design Consultant at Chakra Square Healing Center, a Lead Product Design Engineer at Fruition Technology Labs, and a Creative Director at Luminess Air. Luana's expertise lies in product design, UX/UI, and team management.

Luana Ramcharran holds a B.S. degree in Integrated Product Development from Syracuse University. Luana has also completed advanced training in Molecular Biology, English, Physiology, and Science Philosophy at the University of Miami, Jackson Memorial Hospital, and NIH/NIDDK. Prior to that, Luana received a Superintendent's High School Diploma in Fine Arts, Fashion, Graphic, and Drafting Design from Design and Architecture Senior High School.
