Michael Lavoice

Michael LaVoice has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Michael started their career in 2004 as a General Laborer at Whiting Door Manufacturing Corp. Michael then worked as a MB Cust Assist Spec Supv/Officer at JPMorgan Chase from 2005 to 2015. Michael later joined ConServe as a Debt Counselor from 2015 to 2016. Michael then worked at Claims Recovery Financial Services, LLC as a Claims Supervisor for a few months in 2016. In the same year, Michael owned their own business, Into The Enigma. Michael then worked as a Laborer at Associated Brands in 2017 and as an Assistant Meadmaker/Bartender at 810Meadworks in 2018. Michael also worked as a Marketing Specialist at Antech Sales Inc from 2018 to 2019. From 2019 to 2021, Michael held various roles at Datto, including Accounts Representative and Team Lead Revenue Recovery. Most recently, they worked as a Manager, Accounts Receivable at Datto for a short period in 2023. Currently, they are serving as a Collections Lead at Crunchtime.

Michael LaVoice holds an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Jamestown Community College, which they obtained from 1998 to 2000. In 2005, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Phoenix, completing it in 2008. Currently, Michael is working towards obtaining a Master's degree in Finance from Southern New Hampshire University, with an expected completion date in 2024. In addition, they obtained a certification in "Excel 2016: Advanced Formulas and Functions" from LinkedIn in the year 2020.
