Nick Cimino

Nick Cimino is a seasoned customer support and technical support professional with extensive experience in the technology and customer service sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Support Specialist at Crunchtime since January 2023, Nick transitioned from Zenput, where Nick worked as a Customer Support Specialist Australia from November 2021 until March 2023 following the company's acquisition by Crunchtime in June 2022. Prior to this, Nick held positions at ZEISS Australia and New Zealand as a Remote Applications & Technical Support Specialist and at Dell EMC as a Senior Technical Support Specialist. Nick Cimino obtained a High School Diploma from Cromer Campus in 2014.
