Nick Hokanson

Nick Hokanson has a diverse work experience. Nick is currently the Director of Customer Success at CrunchTime!, where they oversee the company's software platform used by top restaurant brands worldwide. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Customer Success at Zenput, where they managed customer relationships. Nick also held various roles at Zenput, including Manager and Customer Success Manager. Before joining Zenput, Nick was the sole proprietor of Hokanson Tutoring, and they previously worked as a Teacher at the Richmond International English Institute.

Nick Hokanson obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Emory University in 2010. In June 2020, they also received a certification as a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) from SuccessHACKER.
