Wycliff Muma

Wycliff Muma has a diverse work experience. From 2016 to present, they have been working at NetGuardians as MEA Delivery and Global Customer Support Manager, Regional Delivery Manager - Middle East & Africa, and Senior Professional Services Consultant. From 2011 to 2016, they were a System Analyst at Commercial Bank of Africa. From 2009 to 2010, Wycliff was Technical Support at Oasis Networks & Technical Limited. In 2010, they were a Part Time Lecturer at Tec Institute of Management. Lastly, in 2010, Wycliff was Lead Technical Operator at Interim Independent Electoral Commission (IIEC). Theirrole included managing voter registration data records, supervision of OMR form scanning and verification, and storage and archiving of the data retrieved for submission to the head office for the compilation of the Country's voter register.

Wycliff Muma completed their MSIT in Information Technology from Strathmore University in 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Information Technology from Makerere University in 2009. Wycliff also attended Maseno School. In addition, they hold an ITIL Foundation certification from APMG-International.
