Janet Montano

Janet Montano, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Sr. Director of People Business Partnerships & Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) at Crunchyroll since September 2023. Prior to this role, Janet held the position of Director of Human Resources at Fandango from April 2017 to August 2023, supporting the Technology arm and a variety of brands, including Rotten Tomatoes and MovieTickets.com. Janet's extensive experience in human resources includes leadership positions at Digital Domain 3.0, Sony Pictures Entertainment, and Mission Critical Technologies, along with earlier roles at Sony Pictures Imageworks and 20th Century Fox. Janet holds a degree from UCLA.
