Jelka Eckstein

Jelka Eckstein has extensive work experience in various HR roles. Jelka is currently employed as a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner at Crunchyroll, a Sony company. Prior to this, they held the position of Founder at Foxathletics from 2016. From 2017 to 2021, they served as the Head of People and Culture at Sellics. Before that, they worked at 8fit as an HR Business Partner from 2016 to 2017. Jelka also held the position of Head of People and Culture at Goodies&The Bowl from 2014 to 2016. Jelka'searly career included a role as an HR Business Partner at Steigenberger Hotels AG from 2012 to 2014.

Jelka Eckstein holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in International Business and Management from the FernUniversität in Hagen, which they completed in 2014. In 2013, they pursued a diploma in nutritional science at the Paracelsus Medizinische Privatuniversität. Jelka also obtained a master certificate in leadership coaching from Coach Boulevard in 2016. Currently, they are working towards a master certificate in organizational development from Harvard Business School Online, which they expect to complete in 2021.
