Jessica Jane McCallum has over a decade of experience in various roles, primarily in the fields of social media, marketing, and audience development. Jessica Jane most recently served as the Senior Manager of Global Audience Development at Crunchyroll, overseeing worldwide growth on social media and facilitating global content and marketing strategies. Prior to that, they managed the social media team and title promotions as the Senior Manager of Social Media at Crunchyroll. Jessica also held the position of Manager of Social Media at the company. Before joining Crunchyroll, they worked at Madman Entertainment as the Head of Anime Marketing and later as the Head of Social Media and Brand Engagement, where they managed all social media and community marketing initiatives. Jessica Jane significantly contributed to the launch and success of the Madman Anime Festival. Jessica also worked at Telstra as a Social Media Manager, where they led a digital expansion project to boost customer advocacy and managed social media channels for Telstra-owned and licensed stores. Jessica Jane started their career as a Social Media Specialist at iiNet, providing excellent customer relationship communications and producing content for the iiNet Blog. Jessica's early experience includes working as a Presenter/Producer at RTRFM 92.1, an independent radio station, and a Research Assistant for the School of Business at The University of Notre Dame Australia, where they focused on web development projects. Jessica Jane McCallum began their education at Methodist Ladies' College from 1996 to 2004. After completing high school, they attended The University of Notre Dame Australia from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Communications and Media. Jessica Jane then pursued further studies at The University of Western Australia, earning a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Communication Studies in 2010 and 2011. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including Advanced SEO: Search Factors from LinkedIn in March 2021, Advanced Google Analytics from Google in March 2020, and a Certificate 2 in Applied Language (Japanese) from the Central Institute of Technology in December 2013.
