Joel Newman

Joel Newman began their work experience in 2011 as a Story Department Trainee at Warner Bros. Entertainment. Joel then took on the role of Senior Story Clerk from 2012 to 2015 before transitioning to the position of Theatrical Clearance Researcher from 2015 to 2016. In 2017, they joined MGM as a Legal Assistant, and in 2018, they worked as a Script Clearance Analyst at Warner Bros. Entertainment. Most recently, Joel held the roles of Business Affairs Coordinator from 2019 to 2021 and is currently serving as the Business Affairs Manager at Crunchyroll.

Joel Newman attended John Burroughs High School from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Following their graduation, they pursued higher education at UCLA from 2006 to 2010. During their time there, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History.
