Tracie Waters

Tracie Waters has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tracie began their career as a Film Traffic Coordinator at New Line Cinema, where they coordinated the shipment of film prints to various markets. Tracie was promoted multiple times and gained experience in coordinating press and private screenings.

Tracie then transitioned into the cosmetics industry, starting with Stila Cosmetics. Tracie held various roles within the company, including International Inventory Control, Supervisor of Client Relations, and Manager of Client Relations. Tracie was responsible for managing sales forecasting, analyzing customer sales, implementing new processes for independent boutiques, and increasing distribution and revenue.

Tracie also worked at Urban Decay Cosmetics as an Assistant Merchandising Manager and a Product Development Administrator. In these roles, they managed merchandising operations, project timelines, and product submissions, while also communicating with suppliers.

Continuing their career in the cosmetics industry, Tracie worked at boscia skincare as a Project Manager, overseeing special marketing, sales, and operations projects. Tracie was responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and execution of projects.

Tracie then joined Josie Maran Cosmetics as the Global Visual Merchandising Manager and later as the Integrated Sales & Marketing Flow Manager. In these roles, they managed merchandising, coordinated sales and marketing efforts, and ensured efficient on-set coordination.

Tracie's work experience also includes roles at Kate Somerville Skincare, where they worked as a Project Manager, and Crunchyroll, where they currently serve as a Senior Project Manager for Creative Services.

In addition to their professional experience, Tracie has entrepreneurship experience, having owned and operated a photography production and location motorhome rental company called the photography machine.
