Tristan Lemaster

Tristan Lemaster has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Tristan started their career in 2004 as an Extended Day Care Center Assistant at Los Alamitos Unified School District. Tristan then worked as a Production Assistant at Downey Studios "Smash Lab" and as a Millworks Specialist/Sales Associate at The Home Depot in 2007. In 2009, they worked as a Rentals Supervisor/Gun Technician at Hollywood Sports Paintball Park. Tristan also gained experience as an Assistant Coach at Real World Strength Crossfit from 2010 to 2011.

From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Game Test Analyst at Sony Computer Entertainment America LLC, where they contributed to the quality assurance of upcoming games. Tristan then joined Sony Online Entertainment as a Game Master (Graveyard) in 2013, providing in-game customer service for EverQuest 2 players.

In 2013, Tristan joined Teamwork Athletic Apparel as a Web Software QA Analyst, where they implemented a new bug reporting process and executed quality assurance for multiple web platforms.

Since 2014, Tristan has been associated with Crunchyroll, initially starting as a QA Analyst/Scrum Master. Tristan later became a Project Manager, establishing and managing the VRV Web team. In 2016, they took on the role of Operational Program Manager, optimizing QC documentation and reporting processes. Currently, they hold the position of Sr. Content Operations Quality Assurance Manager at Crunchyroll.

Tristan Lemaster received an Associate of Science degree in Fire Technology from Santa Ana College, where they attended from 2007 to 2009. Tristan continued their studies at the University of Advancing Technology from 2010 to 2014, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Game Design.
