Yoko Sato is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various leadership roles across multiple industries, including retail, life and wellness, and manufacturing. Currently serving as the Head of HR and HR Business Partner at Crunchyroll since February 2022, Yoko has successfully established streamlined HR operations and addressed corporate governance issues. Previous roles include Human Resources Staffing and Management Consultant at McKen Career Consultants Ltd., Head of HR at PROTEA JAPAN, and HR Director at HFC Prestige Japan, where Yoko led significant HR transformations and integration efforts during pivotal organizational changes.
