Carrie A. Young has over two decades of experience in human resources, with their most recent role being the Human Resources Director at Crusader Community Health since 2023. Prior to this, they held various HR leadership roles at UW Health SwedishAmerican and OSF HealthCare, where they played a key role in developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives aligned with business objectives. Carrie A.'sexperience also includes roles at Valmont Industries, Marshall Field’s/Target Corp, and Marshall Field’s Headquarters/Target Corp, where they specialized in recruitment, benefits administration, and employee training.

Carrie A. Young holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications Studies and English from The University of Iowa, School of Liberal Arts.
