Kelly Davies

Kelly Davies is a seasoned leadership coach currently serving at Ateb Coaching & Consulting Ltd since December 2021, and as an associate leadership and career coach with Coaching With Chemistry since July 2023. Kelly also works as an associate consultant and executive coach at Elevate, while volunteering with Cruse Bereavement Support. In addition to these roles, Kelly is a parent governor at Ysgol y Ffin, a member of the remuneration and pensions committee at Enginuity, and a trustee for the Prince Philip Hospital Breastcare Unit Fund. Previously, Kelly held significant positions at BAE Systems, including corporate pensions director and head of corporate pensions, and contributed as a non-executive director for BAE SYSTEMS PENSION FUNDS INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT LIMITED. Kelly holds a distinction in MSc Psychology with Business from the University of Strathclyde and has completed several leadership and coaching qualifications, including a Level 7 Executive Coaching & Mentoring from RTC Leadership & Coaching and a Delta Leadership Programme from Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford.
