Jennifer McDougall

Jennifer McDougall has a strong background in sales and business development. Jennifer is currently working as a Business Development Manager for Not Your Mother's Haircare. Prior to this, they were a Business Manager for Sensodyne at Haleon from May 2021 to February 2023. Jennifer also has experience in sales development and management roles at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., Edgewell Personal Care, and Johnson & Johnson. Jennifer was a Sales Development Manager for Aveda from July 2019 to June 2021, a Sales Manager for Banana Boat & Hawaiian Tropic from January 2018 to February 2019, and a Sales Executive for Listerine from July 2015 to December 2017. Jennifer started their career in the retail industry, working as a Regional Sales and Merchandising Manager for Maui Jim Sunglasses from July 2007 to June 2014 and as a Merchandiser for Quiksilver from July 2004 to July 2007. Jennifer also gained experience in the media industry as an MTV | VH1 Production Assistant at Viacom from January 2002 to July 2004.

Jennifer McDougall attended the Fashion Institute of Technology, where they earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Fashion Merchandising Management. Jennifer subsequently pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Advertising and Marketing Communications from the same institution.
