Melissa Doughty

Melissa Doughty has over 10 years of work experience in the marketing and office management fields. In 2006, they began their career as a Promotional Specialist and Grassroots Marketing Team Manager at TEAM Enterprises. In 2009, they moved on to become an Office Manager at H&R Block, where they exceeded client retention targets and district return and revenue goals. In 2010, they became a Marketing Manager at Franchise Specialist Incorporated, where they were responsible for marketing six Central Texas restaurants. In 2012, they began working as an Executive Assistant at FreightWatch International, where they were the primary point of contact between the CEO and their key executives and clients. In 2014, they became a Marketing Specialist at Xplore Technologies. Finally, in 2015, they became an Office Manager at Crushing Tigers, where they supported a wide range of industries including recycling, sand and gravel, limestone quarries, coal mines, asphalt, concrete, demolition, top soil, mulch, and compost.

Melissa Doughty attended Texas State University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a degree in Psychology and Business, with a major in Psychology and a minor in Business.
