Richard Penny

Richard Penny has extensive experience in asset management, starting with their role as a Fund Manager at Scottish amicable investment management from 1992 to 1996. Richard then joined M&G as a Fund Manager from 1996 to 2001. Following this, they joined Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM) in 2003 and served as a Senior Fund Manager until 2018. During their time at LGIM, they managed various funds including the L&G UK Special Situations Trust, L&G UK Alpha Trust, and L&G Life UK Smaller Companies Fund. In 2018, they joined CRUX Asset Management as a Fund Manager, where they continue to work.

Richard Penny attended Benton Park School from 1981 to 1988. Richard then pursued higher education at the University of Oxford from 1988 to 1992, obtaining an MEng degree in Engineering and Economics.
