Témoc Garduno

Témoc Garduno BBA, PMP has over 10 years of experience in project management. In 2021, they joined Crux OCM as a Deployment Project Manager, responsible for Software deployment activities including managing projects, customer-facing meetings, working with multi-disciplinary teams, defining scope of work, using Agile techniques, preparing written documentation, managing third-party system integration partners, and assisting with internal resource allocation.

Prior to this, Témoc held various roles at TC Energy from 2011 to 2021. These included Project Manager (Program Coordination), Project Controls Analyst and Project Coordination, Project Controls Analyst, Project Coordinator, and Business Analyst. In their role as Business Analyst, they assisted with the development of Interconnect and Measurement Agreements, developed and maintained schedules and Org Charts, was responsible for Coordination of the Land & Permits Training Plan, prepared the Mexico Projects Scorecard, collaborated on Bid Coordination efforts, provided input to the Document Management Processes, managed the Document Management team, collaborated with quality deliverables, and directed Project Coordination set up with clients.

Témoc Garduno obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Tecnológico de Monterrey between 2002 and 2007, with a focus in Marketing. In 2006, they completed a 1 Semester Abroad in International Business at Universidad de Santiago de Compostela. In 2014 and 2015, they obtained a Project Management Certificate from the University of Calgary. In June 2015, they received their PMP Certification from the Project Management Institute.
