Alex Potapov

Alex Potapov has extensive work experience in software development. Alex worked as a Principal Developer/Architect at Crux Informatics from September 2019 to present, where they focused on building a microservices-based cloud platform and developing a Kafka Streams observability engine for real-time monitoring and alerts. Prior to that, Alex worked as a Principal Developer at Subarray (Hybrid Cloud) from July 2017 to September 2019. Alex also held the position of Senior Software Engineer at IBM from 2001 to June 2017.

Alex Potapov earned an Associate's degree in Physics from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (State University) (MIPT) from 1987 to 1989. Later in 2018, Alex completed a MicroMasters program in Artificial Intelligence from Columbia University. From 1989 to 1994, Alex pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science from Volgograd State University.
