Scott Kimmel

Scott Kimmel is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the biomedical field. Currently serving as Principal Mechanical Engineer at Cryosa Inc. since April 2022, Scott has previously held multiple roles at Imricor, including Principal Product Development Engineer and Engineering Manager, from September 2019 to April 2022. Prior to that, Scott worked as a Principal Mechanical Engineer at Imricor Medical from September 2013 to January 2022 and as an R&D Engineer at Greatbatch Medical from June 2007 to September 2013. Scott began a career in engineering with positions at Stryker Medical, Gillette Children's Specialty Healthcare, Medtronic, and Boston Scientific, which provided a diverse foundation in research and development. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in Biological Systems Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
