Mackenzie Riccardi is an experienced professional in the gaming industry, currently serving as a Live Operations Producer at Cryptic Studios since April 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing release processes, managing build creation, and facilitating communication across departments for Star Trek Online. Previously, as a QA Lead, Mackenzie managed a team of testers, implemented processes to enhance quality standards, and resolved inter-team issues. The career began as a QA Tester, ensuring quality for projects like Star Trek Online and Magic Legends, with tasks ranging from bug writing training to automated testing. Earlier experience includes working as an Oculus Ready QA Tester at VMC, evaluating computers for compatibility with the Oculus Rift. Mackenzie holds a degree from San Jose State University and attended Prospect High School.
