Mugur Cosmin Frunzetti has had extensive work experience since 2002, with positions ranging from Founder, CEO, Co-Founder, Owner, and Managing Partner. Mugur Cosmin was the Founder of GlobalMaca Holdings, IconicMan, Retargeting, Stiridebine.ro, and Floria Online. Additionally, they were the CEO of Devinoso, and the General Manager of Expert Consult Broker. In 2022, they founded Crypto Expo Europe and Meta Studio.

Mugur Cosmin Frunzetti has a diverse education history, starting with their completion of a Bachelor's degree in Law from The Nicolae Titulescu University of Bucharest between 2001-2004. Prior to that, they earned a Licentiate in World Economy from Academia de Studii Economice din București from 1994-1998, after receiving their Bacalaureat in Informatics from Liceul Spiru Haret from 1990-1994. Before obtaining their Bachelor's of Law, they trained in International Finance at Berkeley College between 1999-2001. In 2012, Mugur became an Online Marketing Guru after attending the GPeC eCommerce Awards Gala.
