Jack Marshall

Jack Marshall is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in customer success and strategic roles across various technology companies. Currently serving as the Cofounder and CEO of CheckTxt since January 2025 and as a Strategic Advisor for Sicura since August 2022, Jack has previously held key positions such as CEO and VP of Customer Success at Bolster AI, and Vice President of Customer Success at companies including Kryptowire, Contrast Security, AT&T, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Jack's career highlights include founding the Customer Success Organization at various firms, creating successful teams, and implementing robust metrics systems to enhance customer engagement and retention. Jack holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University and furthered education at Santa Clara University.
