Carole Edmond

Carole Edmond is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in consultancy, healthcare, and early education sectors. As the Founder and CEO of Glassmoon Consultants, Carole has provided innovative advisory services to the investor community, while also serving as a Strategic Advisor for KidsKonnect and a Non-Executive Board Member for N Family Club. Previous roles include Chief Executive Officer at The Regard Group, where Carole successfully led the organization through significant growth and a merger, and Managing Director at Bright Horizons UK and Ireland, overseeing considerable revenue growth and operational responsibility. Carole's career also includes pivotal roles at Bupa, where strategic market entries into early education were developed. Carole holds a Master of Arts in Leadership from Middlesex University.
