Björn Flückiger

Björn Flückiger has extensive work experience in the legal and regulatory field. Björn currently holds the position of Head of Legal Services & Regulatory Affairs at Crypto Finance Group, where they started in February 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Regulatory at the same company from April 2022 to February 2023.

Before joining Crypto Finance Group, Björn worked at UBS as a Director - Legal Digital Transformation from June 2020 to April 2022.

Additionally, Björn has previous experience at the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA, where they held various roles. These include Senior Legal & Policy Specialist from July 2019 to May 2020, Experienced Legal & Policy Specialist from January 2018 to June 2019, Legal & Policy Specialist from March 2016 to December 2017, Legal Associate from November 2014 to March 2016, and Legal Intern from October 2013 to October 2014.

Björn Flückiger's education history begins with their completion of Gymnasiale Matura with a Schwerpunkt in Latein at Kantonsschule Solothurn from 2000 to 2007. Björn then enrolled at the University of Bern, where they obtained a BLaw degree in Rechtswissenschaften from 2007 to 2010. Björn continued their education at the same university, earning an MLaw degree in Rechtswissenschaften from 2011 to 2013.
